the location was perfect, just a 20-minute walk from the old town. We were pleased to find two fantastic restaurants, Vita Bella and Mr Foster, nearby. the private parking spot near the house was convenient, despite the 40 stair steps. the host, Dario, was incredibly helpful and friendly. He provided us with a map and gave us tips and tricks for exploring the city. the cleaning lady was welcoming, showing us to our room and even serving us refreshing cold apple juice. 😊.

The apartment had a bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen, which was great for a budget traveller like me. I could make my own meals and save money on eating out. The city views from the 2G Apartments were amazing. It was a treat to wake up to such a beautiful sight every morning. The private bathroom in each unit came with complimentary toiletries, making it convenient for me as I didn't have to bring my own. This double room had air conditioning, which was a lifesaver in the summer heat. It kept me cool and comfortable throughout my stay. The air-conditioned apartment also had satellite TV, so I could relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. I loved that the apartment had a private entrance, which gave me a sense of privacy and made me feel like I had my own little home in Dubrovnik.
Although the room had a fully equipped kitchen, I personally found the kitchenware to be a bit limited. However, I understand that others may still find it sufficient for their needs.

Dario, the owner, was super cool and gave us the inside scoop on the best bars and clubs in Dubrovnik. He even hooked us up with free tickets to a sick DJ event in town. The apartment itself was dope, with a huge terrace where we pre-gamed every night before hitting the town. The kitchen was perfect for whipping up late-night snacks, and the washing machine saved us from living in stinky clothes. The location was on point, just a short walk to all the party hotspots. It was the ultimate vacation for us party-loving teenagers!
The only thing we wished was different was that there could've been a pool at the apartment. It would've been dope to have a chill spot to hang out during the day, sippin' on some drinks and soaking up the sun.

I got amazing value for my money at Gitara! The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect - just a short walk to the old town and the beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Michael and Dario, who went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay.
The only thing that could make the breakfast selection better is if they offered a wider variety of pastries.

I recently stayed at Apartment Gitara for a week and had a fantastic experience. The owner, Dario, was incredibly attentive and helpful, providing us with tips on where to go shopping and eat. The cleaning lady was also friendly and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome, even serving us cold apple juice upon arrival. The distances mentioned in the description were accurate, and the value for money was exceptional. The highlight of the apartment was the balcony with its spectacular view, perfect for relaxing. I would highly recommend staying here.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The host, Dario, was incredibly friendly and provided excellent recommendations for things to see and do. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, with a fabulous balcony offering stunning views of the city. The location was perfect - right in the center of Dubrovnik, yet still peaceful. Although the bathroom was a bit small and the WiFi signal weak, these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall fantastic experience. I would highly recommend Gitara for anyone visiting Dubrovnik. I had a great time and would definitely stay here again.
